Do you provide International delivery?

 

We are not currently delivering internationally. However, do get in contact to discuss this further, we can look into bespoke solutions for you.

How do I return an item?

 

Just let us know if there is a problem with your gift. Do not open any of the items and we will arrange a return for you. For further details, visit our Delivery and Returns page.

What is your returns policy?

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item. For details, visit our Delivery and Return page.

What are your delivery options?

Currently we are offering a Standard Delivery option of 3-5 business days. However, if you need an order delivered urgently or on a specific day, please let us know and we will try and assist you where possible.

 

How can I leave feedback?

 

After your purchase, we will send you a link where you can leave your feedback. Alternatively, feel free to leave your review here.
