Each gift comes beautifully presented with a satin ribbon and recycled or reusable packaging, reflecting a rustic, tasteful and natural look.

These objectives shape what we do every day. We work hard to source unique, quality products from suppliers who meet our criteria and share our ethos. We also reject throwaway culture, and seek to assist customers in finding ways of continuing to utilise the contents of our products long after the initial use.
All our Ribbon & Wicker products have been carefully selected and tastefully put together to create exclusive gifts for our customers.
Each item we source goes through a screening process in which we analyse whether the supplier:
Is a UK independent or family run business;
Utilises high quality and natural ingredients;
Offers artisan and handmade products;
- Practices responsible sourcing;
- Meets our branding requirements;
- Provides sustainable, recyclable or reusable packaging.
In addition, in each hamper we include a Ribbon & Wicker card (on recycled brown paper) which promotes recycling and reusing the items received in the hamper, reducing waste. In fact, you might find that we occasionally reuse transit boxes and packaging items.

Do you provide International delivery?
We are not currently delivering internationally. However, do get in contact to discuss this further, we can look into bespoke solutions for you.
How do I return an item?
Just let us know if there is a problem with your gift. Do not open any of the items and we will arrange a return for you.

What are your delivery options?
Currently we are offering a Standard Delivery option of 3-5 business days. However if you need an order delivered urgently or on a specific day, please let us know and we will try and assist you where possible.
